????World Gym on East Ave is serious the WORST COMPANY I have ever seen in my entire life!!!!! The amount of illegal things they do as a company is outrageous!!!! EVERYONE be warned!!!! ???? They will claim that you never came in canceled an account, send it to collections and not give a flying fuck if you were never given a copy of your cancelation form. Now I owe $450 to a collection agency because no1 canceled my account and or told me the funds weren’t being taken out properly because I changed banks. So MR. World Gym Owner I want this OFF MY CREDIT REPORT NOW because it is clear as day nobody seems to know how to do their job and properly submit a cancelation form!!!! I wasn’t even aware I had an outstanding balance with them because no1 ever called me!!! Then they reopen another account for me 2 years ago under a different first name - I have canceled this account THREE TIMES NOW. On 10/3/18 I went in and raised hell because they CONTINUED to take my money out of my checking account almost a year after I canceled in 2017. After raising hell and I mean RAISING HELL they refunded my money which was ILLEGALLY BEING TAKEN OUT. I have the cancelation form from 10/3/18 sure enough go on my online checking today World Gym took out another $10. I go in there to speak with the manager she says that my paper work for cancelation must have not gotten submitted into the system by the 23rd of October.... like excuse me WHATTT THE F your staff didn’t submit my paperwork till after 20 days of me being there?!?! I told her to take my checking account information OFF of her computer refund my money, which she did. Not only that but check out these “contracts” they have they are 100% revitalize they will print out a copy of your contract and there will not be one single signature of yours on there. Mr. World Gym Owner do you honestly think that will hold up in the court of law?!?!?! A computer generated contract?! I can tell you right now after contacting my lawyer that it won’t. So people beware of this contract you are signing because anyone could truly go to world Gym and open a memeberhaip with your name and info and not a single person would know. BAD BUSINESS!!!! I am 100% contacting the fraud department because you are continuing to take money out of my account illegally. I am also contacting the Better Business bureau. They already have 14 complaints to the BBB. If you have had a similar experience please contact the BBB ASAP and not let these people get away with this!!! Not only that but if you google World Gym and cancelation there is a HUGGGGEEEEE post of hundreds of people claiming the same exact thing that they didn’t cancel their membership and are continuing to be charged ILLEGALLY!!!!! So Mr. World Gym Owner perhaps now that I’m blowing your shit up you can contact me STAT perhaps now you will actually give a flying fuck instead of just caring about making money. Exact words from the senior manager at World Gym East Ave “The Owner doesn’t care if a cancelation form wasn’t processed correctly it’s your fault you didn’t receive a copy, all he cares about is making his money.” I will also be posting this as a review on your page.
